About Adam

Previously, he served as Vice President of Advocacy & Strategic Partnerships at the California Chamber of Commerce, where Adam helped lead advocacy strategy for the state’s largest business organization and advised companies on some of California’s most consequential laws and regulations. Known for his depth of subject-matter expertise, legal prowess and pragmatic, outcome-oriented approach, his work routinely bridged law, policy, and communications to best position businesses credibly with legislators, regulators, and the Governor’s office. Adam ran CalChamber's Food and Agriculture committee, Housing Committee, Chemical Committee and Environmental Policy Committee and often assembled some of the largest and most powerful industry coalitions. He is considered a leading authority on extended producer responsibility, packaging and recycling policy, advanced recycling, chemicals of emerging concern, CEQA, housing policy, and Proposition 65, and has played a central role in building broad coalitions to shape legislation, regulatory frameworks, and fiscal outcomes with significant economic impact.

Adam earned his Bachelors of Science from the University of California Berkeley and his Juris Doctorate from the University of San Francisco College of the Law (Hastings). He lives and works in Sacramento with his wife, son and two dogs.
